3P INTERIOR DESIGN AND LANDSCAPE S.L. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, published in the Official State Gazette on 19 September 2018. This Royal Decree transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Application procedure

The complaint procedure is set out in Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 and will come into force on 20 September 2020.

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, you may lodge a complaint. You may also lodge a complaint if you have not received a response within twenty working days.

The accessibility reviews carried out to date are based on the WCAG 2.1 criteria. The objective is to achieve compliance with all possible Level A and AA requirements, together with certain Level AAA requirements considered relevant to improving the user experience.
